Wild Honey

Wild Himalayan honey is raw, sustainably harvested honey collected from wild bees in the untouched mountains of Western Nepal.

Origin & Terroir

From the remote highlands of Western Nepal, at elevations between 2,800 and 3,500 meters, comes our honey shaped by altitude, culture, and tradition. In the mountain regions of Dolpa, Jajarkot, and Mugu, local communities have practiced seasonal wild honey harvesting for generations, guided by ancestral knowledge and respect for nature. Harvested sustainably and processed to international quality standards, our Wild Himalayan Honey reflects the harmony between ancient tradition and untouched mountain ecosystems — a pure expression of the Himalayas in every jar. Floral Sources: White Rhododendron Red Rhododendron Buki (Pearly Everlasting) Wild Apple Blossoms Himalayan Peach

The Process

Highland Harvesting
Step 01

Highland Harvesting

Step 01

Highland Harvesting

Harvested from the high-altitude regions of Dolpa, Rukum, and Jajarkot in Nepal using traditional cliff-hanging collection methods and sustainable harvesting practices that support local communities while respecting fragile Himalayan ecosystems. Honey is typically harvested twice a year—once in spring( April/ June) and once in autumn (Oct/ Nov)—primarily due to the country’s distinct seasonal weather patterns and its specific floral cycles.
Cold Extraction

Cold Extraction

Step 02

Cold Extraction

Gently cold-extracted and minimally filtered to preserve naturally occurring enzymes, antioxidants, pollen, aroma, texture, and nutritional compounds that can be reduced through excessive heat or heavy processing. Free from additives, artificial sugars, and preservatives.
Moisture Stabilization
Step 03

Moisture Stabilization

Step 03

Moisture Stabilization

Carefully stabilized to maintain optimal moisture content, helping prevent fermentation while ensuring purity, consistency, shelf stability, and long-term product integrity. Each batch is handled under controlled conditions and undergoes quality checks for authenticity and consistency.
